Meet the team… From a client, to our own in-house evangelist – Nathan Hallmark

Our business is about forming genuine, long term bonds between our clients and the executives they want to to do businesses with. For us, that starts at home. We couldn’t build connections between execs without the bonds we’ve built amongst our in-house team.

Where most companies just pay lip service to a culture of conscientiousness and personal development, we believe we’ve genuinely achieved it. From the top, all the way through to our c-suite, IT department, sales development reps, copywriters and ultimately, the clients we select, we live and breathe our mission of making the world a better place. 

We’re extremely proud of the elite team of ‘conscientious overachievers’ we’ve assembled, so, over the next couple of weeks we’re showcasing them. We also asked them about what makes the business unique, to give you a sense of who we are and how we’re able to deliver high quality meetings with executives.

First up is Nathan Hallmark, our Senior Director of Global Strategic Relationships. He’s affectionately known as Hallmark to us, to avoid confusing him with our CEO (also called Nathan). 

He comes from a sales background, where he specialised in telemarketing for IT companies. After starting out in the industry, he quickly rose through the ranks and was managing his own sales teams in a matter of months. 

It was on moving to a new company he first came into contact with Linked Strategies, not as an employee, but as a client.

“Our marketing department introduced me to Nate [Linked Strategies’ Founder and CEO]. They said he’d be sending warm leads through to my team.”

Hallmark’s company had recently teamed up with us. We’d set up a cold email campaign to get them leads with c-suite execs in their target organizations, something IT companies especially struggle with. 

“I remember when things started to change. A meeting with Deutsche Bank came in from Nate, which was an amazing lead for us. I thought it could be an anomaly, but after that, it was lead after lead, with the right titles and the right organisations wanting to know more about us.” 

Hallmark was so impressed, he eventually came over to Linked Strategies and is now one of our chief evangelists and central to bringing new clients into the business.
